SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES & MY POLICY

Some of my items do require some items to be glued in-by you upon delivery most will be put together some examples are aliens or the attachments on the figures. Most items will be listed. For example on Ninja Turtle helmets the back tail of the mask will need to be glued by you. I highly recommend Kraftprotz as it is recommened for PLA.  

Most of my products come with thick walls USUALLY 6 WALLS so you will get a heavy quality piece. All masks come with 3 walls due to you dont want something so heavy on your head.

Most of my items are off to you within a week. Constant communucation and I will let you know where I am at on your order.

Most are my items listed are made to order. I do them as the order comes in sometimes you may be my 5th, 6th order. I own a 4 Printer. Print farm. They are constantly running orders. I have sales on Mercuri, my own tiktok shop all 5 star reviews. I have been doing this a long time with over 500 items listed and over 500 reviews. I am located in Freeport,IL we just love to 3D Print as a hobby earning a little money never hurts anyone. 

There are no returns when it comes to masks or helmets as everyones head is a different size all helmets fit heads up to size 24". If a mask doesnt fit you must keep the item as a prop.

I stand by my products I have not had any arrive damaged due to the way that I pack my items. I currently just transferred my store from Shopify with my own domain to Big Commerence so most of my reviews were gone and wont transfer over due to not many apps with Big Commerce and no Judge.me. If a item arrives damaged which it wont I'm confident I will fix it. Returns are usually the day you receive in the mail only . But, each case is different I will offer returns on a case by case basis. Returns must be sent to:

But please contact me first as again it is a case by case basis all return costs are at the discretion of the buyer unless there are unforseen issues with delivery I will make it right. *Orders are done as the orders come in and in order.

* All figures that we blew up in size from their original file meaning sized 10 inches to 26 inches are usually done in 2-3 days for a single figure however per my policy I need a week to get done. Any of the (2) packs as in Masters of the Universe of, Back to the future, Tom and Jerry or Pinky and the Brain will need the entire week to get done. I like to communicate with my customers so you will hear throughout me via e-mail throughout the process.

*All Masks take at least 4 days to get done per my policy usually shipped off to you withint the week again I will communicate with you throughout the process.

*Cosplay props usually done in 2 days ex. Resident Evil Cosplay done in 2 days same as the Batman ones

*ANY AND ALL LIFESIZES will be done between other orders I have them done usually within 1 month I will contact you again throughout the week to show you how far I am in your order

*Santa, Grinch, Olaf and bigger Daffy Duck, Donald Duck, Mickey and huge Bugs Bunny will take some time to make usually sooner than 2 weeks per my policy.

*Any and all horror lightboxes and signs are usually made in a day and shipped to you within a day or so. Same goes for wall signs and clocks, Sport and Superhero nameplate. Wall and Desk art.

*Life-size pokemon 1-2 feet done within 2 weeks per policy. I'm just giving myelf time to get the order done. Full 5ft to 6ft will take an entire month example is chopper size on up.
